Refund and Returns Policy

At AKM Collection, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you need to return a garment, please carefully read the following Return & Refund Policy.

1. Return Period — 7 Days

You must request and send your return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returns requested after 7 days may not be accepted.

Important: After the 7-day return period has passed, any applicable taxes, duties, or related charges will not be eligible for refund.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the garment must be in its original and unused condition.

The following conditions must be met:

• The garment must not have been washed.
• The garment must not have been worn or used.
• The garment must be clean and free from dirt, stains, makeup, perfume, or any other marks.
• The garment must not have been ironed.
• The garment must not have any damage, alteration, or signs of use.
• The original tags, packaging, and other accessories should be included where applicable.
• The garment should be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Any garment that has been washed, worn, stained, soiled, ironed, damaged, altered, or otherwise used may not be accepted for return.

3. How to Request a Return

If you wish to return an item, please contact AKM Collection within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please provide your order details and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned garment, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets the return conditions described above.

If the return is approved, your refund will generally be processed within 2–3 business days after the return has been approved.

The time required for the amount to appear in your account may also depend on the payment method, bank, or financial service provider.

5. Returns That Do Not Meet the Conditions

A return may be rejected if the garment:

• Has been washed.
• Has been worn or used.
• Is dirty, stained, soiled, or has an unpleasant smell.
• Has been ironed.
• Has been damaged or altered.
• Shows signs of use.
• Is returned after the 7-day return period.
• Is missing applicable original tags or packaging.

If a returned item does not meet our return requirements, it may be sent back to the customer and may not qualify for a refund.

6. Taxes and Duties

Any applicable taxes, duties, or related charges are subject to the applicable return period and order conditions.

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. After the 7-day period, applicable taxes and duties will not be eligible for refund.
